Tucked into what would naturally be an apartment building's washroom, Sugar Mom's gives you plenty of places to steal away to. Dark lighting, low ceilings and multiple brick columns lend a dungeon-like feel to the club, but wanderers through these catacombs will be pleased to find juvenile treats awaiting them. Cheap, fun plastic toys are scattered throughout, as are pinball machines, a foosball table, old bumper cars and billiards. Bring money for the jukebox because it is one of the best in town! Very chill crowd, plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing!

Both Sugar Mom's and Tatooed Mom's (on South Street) have a similar atmosphere. Open, fun and a great time on a Friday or Saturday night. The tables can sometimes become very scarce while there after 10pm but if you get a chance to sit in the car or sprawl out on the couches, you're in heaven. I take most of my friends there whenever they come to visit for the first time and they ask to go back everytime they're back in the city.

Went there last night for the first time and loved it. Definitely my type of place--low-key, whimsical and a good selection of ciders.

It's true - plenty of space, etc. Was actually at one point in time a sugar storage unit for the sugar refinery that was on the location. The curved brick archways are original and wicked cool.
