The tap room is in a section of the city where if you get mugged you probably got off easy. A very below average bar, with a menu of glorified microwave meals, and a selection of beers that you can't pronounce and don't want to drink, the Tap Room actually might be #1 in one category for Philly bars... the worst looking waitstaff and female patrons. Plenty of bars in Philadelphia. Why waste time here?
A great selection of beers that rotate often...and the food is way beyond typical pub fare. It's really fantastic.
On Tuesdays you can get pints of delicious Yards IPA for $2 throughout the entire night.
This bar/pub is fantastic. The food is great. The servers are very friendly. The atmosphere is so great.
